Payments:
Payments are due prior to sessions. Generally, a 50% deposit is collected no less than 14 days prior to the session start to guarantee your date. The remaining 50% is then due at the start of the session. All non-refundable, previously coordinated tape costs or equipment rental is due 10 days prior to scheduled sessions.
Refunds:
Monies are fully refundable with cancellations no less than 14 days prior to scheduled session start. Monies paid are non-refundable for cancellations made 13 to 4 days prior, however the deposit maybe used toward a future session. For cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the session, deposits are fully non-refundable.
